Step 1 - Introduction 

Start your journey with us by completing our contact form, where you’ll provide your contact information and key details about your event, including the date, venue (if known), budget, estimated guest count and event specifics (theme, colours, visions). This information allows us to assess our availability. Once we've verified our availability, we will reach out to you to for a virtual consultation.

Step 2 - Consultation

During the consultation, we focus on getting to know you and understanding your vision and expectations for your event. This meeting is dedicated to learning about your preferences, style, and specific needs. By understanding your event goals, we ensure that our services are perfectly tailored to create an experience that aligns with your unique vision. Based on our conversation, we will also create a customized quote for you, detailing our services and how we can best meet your needs. 

Step 3 - Booking Confirmation

After the consultation, we move to the booking confirmation stage. At this step, we'll finalize the agreement through a contract and a deposit to secure the date. This process ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to begin the planning of your event. 

Step 4 - Event Proposal and Customization

Next, we embark on the journey of customizing every aspect of your event.

From theme implementation and venue design to entertainment and culinary experiences, we will create a mood board and an event proposal. We design your event by suggesting potential vendors, decor options, and other elements that align with your style. This collaborative process ensures that every detail reflects your event needs.

Step 5 - Planning and Coordination 

With your event proposal finalized, we transition into the planning and coordination phase. We will organize all aspects of your event, from securing vendors to finalizing logistics. Our team works closely with you, keeping everything on track and addressing any concerns promptly.

Step 6 - Execution

As the event date approaches, we execute and finalize all arrangements and conduct a thorough rehearsal to address any potential challenges. Our attention to detail guarantees that everything is perfectly orchestrated, providing you with peace of mind and anticipation for an extraordinary event.

Step 7 - Celebration

On the day of your event, our dedicated team takes charge of all logistics, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the celebration. We ensure that every element unfolds seamlessly, enabling you to savor every moment and create cherished memories with your guests.

Step 8 - Reflection
